BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Major intersection in Boca Raton is a nightmare as of 5 p.m. Friday. Police are encouraging motorists to stay away.
The intersection Palmetto Park Road and South Military Trail is bad on a good day. On this day, traffic lights are out and it is an exceptionally slow go. Police are on the scene but they can only do so much. There are too many cars and not enough road.
It’s not immediately clear what led to the traffic light problem or how long it is expected to continue. We’ll update as soon as we hear more from Boca Raton PD and other agencies.
