BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — What is described by witnesses as an FBI “raid” in East Boca Raton on Thursday was confirmed early Friday afternoon by federal officials in a statement to BocaNewsNow.com.
The raid, which took place in a residence near the intersection of SW17th Street and SW 7th Avenue, brought a significant number of agents and related personnel. It was not immediately clear if anyone was arrested or what agents were focused on.
“I can confirm that the FBI did conduct court authorize activity in the vicinity of SW 17th Street in Boca Raton on October 23, 2025,” said Special Agent Willie Creech. “No further information is available at this time.”
A quick check of home owners in the area against newly filed federal cases did not yield new records regarding federal arrests or just-unsealed indictments. We’ll update once we learn more.
