BOYNTON BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A Boynton Beach man with a holiday-focused name is facing multiple charges following his Christmas-Eve-Eve arrest by the Boynton Beach Police Department. Noel Garcia was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail on Tuesday and later released on $3,000 bond.

According to citations reviewed by BocaNewsNow.com as the arrest report is finalized, Noel is charged with “DUI – driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, ” “DUI – DUI damage to property or person of another,” “DUI – .15 or higher OR with person under 18 in vehicle,” and “HIT AND RUN – leave scene of a crash involving damage to property.”

The alleged incidents took place in the 1000 block of Ocean Avenue in Boynton Beach. Garcia was booked into jail at 12:04 a.m. on Christmas Eve and released Wednesday evening just before 8 p.m.

While the resident of the 3700 block of Silver Lace Lane in Boynton is home for the holiday, he now has a court date pending and is not allowed to consume alcohol until a judge reviews his case.
