HARDEE COUNTY, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Authorities in Hardee County — east of Sarasota — are asking for the public’s help to locate two young girls who vanished on Christmas Day. A Florida Missing Child Alert was issued for 13-year-old Paisley Fabila and 15-year-old Alenna Fabila, who were last seen in Wauchula, Florida. Officials originally began an investigation into their disappearance that has now been upgraded to an official alert status as the search intensifies.

Paisley Fabila is described as being 5’03” tall and weighing approximately 126 pounds. She has brown hair and hazel eyes. When she was last seen, she was wearing a black shirt paired with pink candy cane pajama pants. Her older companion, Alenna Fabila, stands 5’06” tall and weighs about 136 pounds. Alenna has brown hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a gray t-shirt and blue jeans.

The two children were last spotted in the area of the 1400 block of Casen Court in Wauchula. While the relationship between the two girls was not explicitly detailed in the alert beyond Alenna being listed as a “companion child,” both share the same last name and were reported missing from the same location on December 25th. The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) notes that the case was upgraded to a Missing Child Alert due to an ongoing investigation.
