Natalie Nicole Zelechowski, 21, was arrested by Boca Raton Police late Tuesday night following a domestic disturbance at American Social on Plaza Real. Investigators say the incident resulted in visible injuries to a woman over the age of 65.
The trouble began just after 11 p.m. on January 6, 2025, when the victim arrived at parking garage A to pick up Zelechowski, who had been out with friends. According to a police affidavit obtained by BocaNewsNow.com, as the woman approached Zelechowski, the 21-year-old allegedly pushed the woman’s hand. The force of the push caused a phone the woman was holding to strike her in the face, resulting in swelling to her upper left eyelid.
The situation apparently escalated once the pair entered a vehicle driven by Zelechowski’s father. As the car began to pull out of the parking spot in front of the restaurant, police say Zelechowski, who was sitting in the back seat, struck the victim in the front passenger seat with her hands. The victim’s husband witnessed the strike, which left the woman with a bloody nose. Although Zelechowski was read her Miranda rights and denied hitting the woman, officers noted the physical injuries were consistent with the witness statements.
Zelechowski was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail early Wednesday morning. She is currently facing a felony charge of Battery on a Person 65 Years of Age or Older. Records show she was being held without bond immediately following the arrest with a court date pending.
