Kings Point Arrest Delray Beach
Kings Point just logged its second resident arrest of 2026, it’s 87th since 2023.

DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2026 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Kings Point Delray Beach is already off to quite a criminal start in 2026. Following a record 35 resident arrests in 2025, two residents have already been jailed in the past twelve days.

The latest: Dylan Moffett of Capri K was taken into custody on Sunday. He is charged with trespass. It was not immediately clear where he was arrested. Also unclear: why someone who is 27 is calling Kings Point — a senior living community — their primary residence.

Moffet was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail early Sunday morning and released later in the day on $1,000 bond. We’ll provide more details once the arrest report is processed.

Dylan Moffett joins scores of Kings Point Delray Beach residents who have been jailed since 2023. Among the arrestees: residents charged with sex crimes, violent crimes, domestic violence, child sex crimes, weapons offenses, DUI, drug possession and distribution, and more. Unofficial records maintained by BocaNewsNow.com suggest there is no other senior living community in South Palm Beach County that logs more resident arrests than Kings Point.
