Just 15 days into the new year and Kings Point is already on track to break all of its previous arrest records. There have been at least 89 arrests of Kings Point residents since the start of 2023.

JASON FRANKEL of Piedmont D was taken into custody by PBSO Wednesday morning. He is charged with three counts of probation violation. Court records indicate he is accused of not taking part in drug treatment and/or rehab programs after several drug charges.

GARY MUIR of Tuscany G was arrested by PBSO Wednesday afternoon on a charge of “failure to appear.” Court records indicate that Muir moved to Florida in January of 2025 but did not obtain a Florida license which is a requirement. He subsequently is accused of not appearing in court to discuss the charge despite being ordered to do so.

TIWANA HUDSON of Seville B — and notably just 35 year living in the senior living community — is charged with misusing 911. She was arrested on Wednesday. She was arrested by the West Palm Beach Police Department. The specifics of the allegation against her were not available Thursday morning.
The arrests of Frank. Muir, and Hudson bring the Kings Point Alleged Criminal Count to five for 2026, 40 since the start of 2025. 89 since the start of 2023. Among the arrestees: residents charged with sex crimes, violent crimes, domestic violence, child sex crimes, weapons offenses, DUI, drug possession and distribution, and more. Unofficial records maintained by BocaNewsNow.com suggest there is no other senior living community in South Palm Beach County that logs more resident arrests than Kings Point.
