PALM BEACH COUNTY, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2026 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A Lake Worth woman is facing charges in West Palm Beach after an undercover prostitution sting led to her arrest last week. India Noel O’Donnell, 30, was taken into custody on the afternoon of January 13, 2026, following an operation conducted by the West Palm Beach Police Department’s Special Services Division. The sting was part of a broader effort to address community complaints about illegal activity in the northern end of the city.
According to police reports, an undercover officer operating a vehicle in the area of 19th Street and North Dixie Highway made contact with O’Donnell around 3:00 p.m. Detectives allege that O’Donnell reached a verbal agreement with the officer to perform a sexual act in exchange for $60. The entire transaction was reportedly captured on an audio recording by investigators.
Shortly after the agreement was made, a traffic stop was conducted at 1229 North Dixie Highway. During a search following her arrest, officers reported finding a glass pipe in O’Donnell’s right pocket. Investigators noted the pipe contained black and white residue consistent with crack cocaine and showed signs of recent use. O’Donnell was interviewed by detectives regarding human trafficking but stated she was not a victim.

O’Donnell, who is listed in official documents reviewed by BocaNewsNow.com as a “student,”was charged with one count of prostitution and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. She was booked into the Palm Beach County and later released on bond. A court date is pending.
