The Latest Senior Living Community Resident Arrest Made After Parking Lot Fight.

DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2026 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — If you’re looking for alleged criminals in Palm Beach County, you can look in the Palm Beach County, or you can look in the senior living community of Kings Point. At least 90 residents have been arrested since the start of 2023. The sixth arrest of 2026 was just made.
Ryan Narron, 37, was taken into custody on Sunday. It’s unclear why a 37-year-old is listing Kings Point as his residential address. He, however, lists the Burgany I section of the senior community as home.
Narron, according to a police report reviewed by BocaNewsNow.com, got into a pushing altercation with another person in a Kings Point parking lot. The altercation was allegedly recorded and provided to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office which made the arrest. He is charged with battery. Narron was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail and later released on $1,000 bond.

Nation’s arrest brings the Kings Point Alleged Criminal Count to six for 2026, 41 since the start of 2025. 90 since the start of 2023. Among the arrestees: residents charged with sex crimes, violent crimes, domestic violence, child sex crimes, weapons offenses, DUI, drug possession and distribution, and more. Unofficial records maintained by BocaNewsNow.com suggest there is no other senior living community in South Palm Beach County that logs more resident arrests than Kings Point.
