BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2026 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Palm Beach International Airport recorded a low of 31 degrees at 5:31 and 6:31 this morning. While certainly warmer than the dire predictions of temperatures in the 20s, it means Palm Beach County actually recorded temperatures below freezing for at least an hour. At the weather station at Boca Raton Airport, the coldest temperature recorded today was 34 degrees.
The weather should get at least slightly better over the next several days, but note that temperatures are expected to remain cooler than typical and wind gusts will remain strong. The National Weather Service says lows tonight will again be in the mid-to-upper 30s, with overnight lows remaining in the 40s through part of the week.
