Mandi Bowman Lives In West Boca. She Failed To Register. She’s Now In Jail.

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2026 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A woman convicted of a federal child sex trafficking charge is in the Palm Beach County Jail Wednesday after allegedly failing to register her address in West Boca Raton.
Mandi Bowman, who lives at 22201 Collington Drive in Boca Winds — just south of Palmetto Park Road and West of 441 — was taken into custody by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office early this morning. She was booked into jail just before noon and is being held without bond.
Bowman, according to federal records reviewed by BocaNewsNow.com, was indicted by a federal grand jury back in 2011 on a count of conspiracy to commit sex trafficking of a minor. She was later convicted and sentenced to four years in federal prison. Among the allegations: she trafficked a 16 year old girl into prostitution, using a Days Inn in West Palm Beach as the location for her to service clients.
Mandi Bowman served three years in federal prison and was released. Among the conditions: she had to remain registered with the Federal Bureau of Prisions for 25 years. Those terms were reduced and eventually eliminated in 2022. However, she was still required to remain registered with the State of Florida as a sex offender. Prosecutors allege that she did not comply with that requirement.
Bowman is now charged with “sex offender violation — fail to register every six months.” A court date is not yet set.
