Kings Point Criminal Community Delray Beach. Residents Keep Geeting Arrested.

DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2026 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — The never ending list of residents of Kings Point Delray Beach facing criminal charges continues to be never ending. A man taken into custody on Sunday is the eight arrest of 2026 and the 92nd arrest since 2023.
Vasiliy Mukovoz, 73, was taken into custody in the early hours of Sunday and booked into the Palm Beach County Jail around 5 a.m. He is charged with assault on a person aged 65 or older. The arrest report continues to be processed — it was not immediately clear if he is related to his alleged victim, or where the alleged assault took place.
Mukovoz lives in the Normandy section of Kings Point. He was held for several hours and ultimately resleased on his own recognizance. A court date is pending.

Mukovoz’s arrest brings the Kings Point Alleged Criminal Count to eight so far for 2026, 43 since the start of 2025. 92 since the start of 2023. Among the arrestees: residents charged with sex crimes, violent crimes, domestic violence, child sex crimes, weapons offenses, DUI, drug possession and distribution, and more.
