KINGS POINT CRIMINAL COMPOUND! NOW 100 RESIDENT ARRESTS SINCE 2023.

DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2026 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Kings Point Delray Beach, the senior living “country club” near Atlantic and Jog, just logged its 100th resident arrest since 2023. It is a stunning development which — more firmly than a walker with no wheels — plants the senior living community at the top of region’s criminal communities.
SHIRLEY VASQUEZ of the Normandy M building was charged with DUI and refusal to submit to a DUI test on Thursday. She was arrested by Delray Beach Police. Shirley is 63 years old.

SHEREEN SILVER of the Monaco F building is charged with battery on a person 65 years of age or older. She was arrested by PBSO on Friday and booked into jail where she remains Saturday morning. Silver is 56 years old.

Vasquez and Silver join scores of other Kings Point residents who have been charged with, and at times convicted of, sex crimes, child sex crimes, battery, assault, drug crimes, DUI, weapons offenses, and more. Based on unofficial records maintained by BocaNewsNow.com, there is no other senior living community in South Palm Beach County that has logged as many resident arrests as Kings Point: 100 since 2023, 17 this year.

Just wondering–Is KINGS POINT the largest senior living community in PB COUNTY?
PS I’ve never said this before
Why do you Boca News pricks have a hardon for Kings Point?????????????
12000 residents. Crime rate actually low.
No one is talking about crime IN Kings Point. The reporting is the number of people accused of crime who LIVE in Kings Point.
