TRAFFIC ALERT: OVERTURNED CAR ON I-95 IN BOCA RATON

UPDATE: The situation is clear as of 10:30 a.m.

BocaNewsNow.com has learned that one car flipped onto its roof and several other vehicles are involved in the crash just south of 18th Street on I-95 southbound. The crash is — or on — the express lanes.

I-95 SB Crash SW 18th Overturned — The overturned vehicle is in the express lane, but the traffic shift is causing huge problems on I-95 SB south of 18th Street. (FDOT).

FDOT cameras show a massive backup just minutes after the crash. If you can get off of I-95 at Palmetto Park Road or Glades Road, then rejoin the interstate at Hillsboro Boulevard, we suggest that you give that a try.

There are no reports of serious injuries. We’ll update this post once we know that the scene has cleared.
