DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2026 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Kings Point Country Club, the senior living community in Delray Beach, continues its alter-ego as the Kings Point Criminal Community. Kings Point just logged its 102nd resident arrest since 2023. As you know, streamers and confetti are still seen hanging from walkers after the 100th arrest was recorded a short time ago.

JASON FRANKEL of the Piedmont D section of Kings Point is being held Wednesday without bond. He is charged with multiple counts of probation violation. He’s on probation following charges related to crystal meth. He was taken into custody Tuesday evening.

JASON CANTOR of the Flanders C section of Kings Point is facing a battery charge Wednesday morning following his arrest on Tuesday. He was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail and later released on $1,000 bond pending a court date.
Frankel and Cantor join scores of other Kings Point residents who have been charged with, and at times convicted of, sex crimes, child sex crimes, battery, assault, drug crimes, DUI, weapons offenses, and more. Based on unofficial records maintained by BocaNewsNow.com, there is no other senior living community in South Palm Beach County that has logged as many resident arrests as Kings Point: 102 since 2023, 19 this year.
Is this a racist article and are you omitting the presence of thousands of Jewish people living at Kings Point. Is it journalistic privilege that encourages you to contribute to the heinous treatment worldwide of this class of people by describing their community as comparable to Compton? Shame on you. I hope a decent lawyer files against you for this despicable implication that we are what Compton represents. You are committing the worst journalistic error by seeding racist hatred against a vulnerable group of good citizens.
Huh?
Most commonly, Frankel and Cantor are Jewish names.
Whether or not the two individuals in the article are Jewish, the article could be construed as intentionally choosing two names that are commonly Jewish to imply that Jews are disproportionately represented among Kings Point’s scofflaws. During normal times, this might not be so notable, but there is an elevated level of antisemitism in our society lately, including increased acts of violence.
Kings Point may have a sizable Jewish population, but many of Kings Point’s residents aren’t Jewish, or don’t have identifiably Jewish names.
Was it really necessary to select two names that are usually Jewish to make the argument that Kings Point has a disproportionately criminal population? Did it occur to you that you might be feeding into the climate of rising antisemitism?
Note: I am NOT saying that you chose Jewish names with antisemitic intentions. I’m saying that you may have unintentionally fed a rising antisemitic narrative, completely accidentally — but no less harmfully.
