Rose Lott, Ryan Moody Killed Early Saturday Morning.
BOYNTON BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2026 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office has identified the victims of Saturday morning’s double fatal crash that also left two people critically injured. We first reported on the crash here.
PBSO now officially says the crash happened at 1:04 a.m. just west of Calliandra Drive. Investigators say Rose Lott, 28, of Boynton Beach, was driving a 2023 Dodge Charger with Maryland tags westbound in the outside lane when she failed to maintain control. The Charger went into a yaw and crossed into the eastbound lanes, directly into the path of a 2012 BMW X3 driven by Ronald Lowe, 53, of Boynton Beach. The front of the BMW struck the Charger, and both vehicles came to rest in the eastbound lanes.
Lott was killed, along with her passenger, Ryan Moody, 32, of Lake Worth Beach. A second passenger in the Charger, Shaquila Reed, 25, of Boynton Beach, was critically injured. PBSO says none of the three in the Charger was using safety equipment.
Lowe, who was wearing his seatbelt, is also listed in critical condition. The Sheriff’s Office Traffic Division is handling the investigation.
