BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2026 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — PBSO early Friday says a man wanted for a fatal crash in West Boca Raton two years ago is now in custody. Kyrylo Khytrov, according to police, fled Palm Beach County and the United States after the July 2, 2024 crash in West Boca that left a 93-year-old Boca Raton woman dead. Investigators found him in Turkey.
Khytrov, now 42, was extradited back to Palm Beach County on Thursday. PBSO’s TAC unit and the U.S. Marshals Service, which worked the case together, took him into custody at Palm Beach International Airport and booked him into the Palm Beach County Jail on vehicular homicide charges. He is scheduled for first appearance Friday.
According to the PBSO crash report, Khytrov was driving a 2017 BMW 320i north on Powerline Road in the outside left turn lane at Palmetto Park Road around 5:10 p.m. He turned left into the intersection on a red light, pulling directly in front of a southbound 2018 Acura MDX. The Acura’s front end slammed into the BMW’s right front. The report flags alcohol or drugs for Khytrov.
Audrey Milk, a passenger in the Acura, was taken to Boca Regional Hospital. She died there six days later, on July 8, 2024. Both drivers suffered minor injuries.

Bravo to PBSO and federal agents for returning the fugitive Krylo Khytrov back from Turkey here to Fla to face criminal justice.
Now the US government should work just as hard to reurn the fugitive Jair Bolsonaro from Mar-a-Lago back to Brazil to face criminal justice.
