Houston Smith Charged with BUI, Jailed

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Fort Lauderdale resident Houston Smith, 21, learned you can’t boat while under the influence in Boca Raton. (To be clear, you can’t do it anywhere, but you’ll get caught in Boca).
Boca Raton Police arrested Smith of NE 40th Street and charged him with “BUI 1st or 2nd violation.” Make no mistake, it’s part of the DUI statute so it’s a big deal. 
Smith was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail and later released on his own recognizance.
