BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) –Two men under investigation by Boca Raton Police were arrested and charged with possessing stolen property. Chad Buccheri, 22, and Matthew Noll, 19, were arrested in the area of 50 East Camino Real and transferred to the Palm Beach County Jail. Buccheri is being held on $1,000 bond.
