
BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Two brothers angry that their car was being towed assaulted the Lynn University Security Guard who called for the town truck.
The two men, David Cipollitti, 19, and Deigo Cipollitti, 21, are now charged with battery after one threw gravel at the security guard and another threw an unknown yellow liquid, hitting the guard in the chest.
Here is the Boca Raton Police affidavit of probable cause. We are withholding the name of the security guard:

The guard advised he was assigned toenforce parking regulations throughout the campus. The guard observed a white Audi that was inviolation of the parking rules and he contacted Emerald Towing to respond. Emerald Towingarrived on campus and was towing the vehicle. Tow driver Chris Wynott had the vehicle intow and was driving away. The guard continued patrolling the campus when a W/M wearing ablack shirt, later identified as David Cipollitti ran in front of his golf cart.Cipollitti slipped and fell on the gravel as he tried to chase the tow driver. Cipollittipicked up a couple hands of gravel and threw it at Wells. The gravel went through the golfcart window and hit the guard in the chest and arms. David Cipollitti then started yelling athim saying it was his fault his vehicle was being towed. A second W/M subject, wearinga white shirt, later identified as Diego Cipollitti ran toward the guard and threw a yellowliquid substance on him. The yellow colored liquid hit Wells in his chest, arms and legs.The liquid was on the seat and window of the golf cart.Both subjects were located on campus and detained. I read Diego Miranda Warnings. PostMiranda Diego advised he was on campus and heard his brother yelling at someone and he ranto his aid. He saw his brother yelling at the guard and he also began yelling at the guard. Diegosaid he was holding a cup of mango smoothie and he bumped into the golf cart causing thesmoothie to spill.Prior to my arrival David was read Miranda. I spoke with David and he stated he wasrunning behind the tow driver and yelled at the guard. David denied throwing gravel at the guard.David`s right lower pant leg was torn and his hand was scraped.
SHOWN: David Cipollitti, top, and Diego Cipollitti, bottom. Both were charged with battery on a law enforcement officer and battery on a person over 65. Diego was also charged with marijuana possesion. They were released on bond.
