Boca Raton Woman Hit, Flies Over Vehicle, Impacts Ground, Dies.

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2021 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A 93-year-old man allegedly plowed through a cross walk, slamming into a 59 year old woman. The woman was hit so hard she flew over the man’s car and landed in the street.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office says Howard Fader, 93, of Exeter C in Century Village “was traveling westbound on Century Village Boulevard, in the right lane, approaching the intersection with Cornwall Drive.”
Police say Blanka Bubenik, 59, of Fanshaw B in Century Village “was walking southbound, crossing Century Village Boulevard, in the crosswalk on the east side of the intersection The front of Fader’s 2021 Chevrolet Trailblazer struck Bubenik. The Trailblazer came to rest in the right lane, west of the intersection.”
Bubenik, according to investigators “went over the Trailblazer and came to rest in the right lane, behind the vehicle.”

Bubenik was pronounced dead at the scene by Palm Beach County Fire Rescue. Fader was not injured. No charges have been filed.
The investigation continues.
