Police Say Galle Is In Jail, Waiting First Appearance On Thursday. Sheriff Ric Bradshaw: Galle Is To Blame For Six Deaths.

DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2022 MetroDesk Media, LLC) –. The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office says deputies just arrested Noah Galle. He is the Wellington teen who is accused of killing six people in a high-speed, high-impact crash at US 441 and Atlantic Avenue in January.
PBSO says Galle was driving 151 miles per hour when he hit a Nissan Rouge. Galle was 17 at the time of the wreck.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office released the following report hours after the wreck:
“A BMW M5 driven by Noah T. Galle, 17, of Wellington was traveling northbound in the 14000 block of South State Road 7, at a high rate of speed, within the inside lane of travel. A Nissan Rogue was traveling ahead of the BMW in the 14073 block of South State Road 7, within the inside lane of travel. As the Rogue continued northbound, the BMW overtook and collided with the Rogue. During the collision, the front of the BMW impacted the rear of the Rogue.
Immediately after impact, the BMW was redirected to the northeast (while rotating clockwise) over the outside lane of travel, and onto the eastern shoulder of South State Road 7 where it came to final rest facing east.
Immediately after impact, the Rogue was redirected to the northwest (while rotating clockwise) of the inside of the roadway and into the center median. As the Rogue traveled down into the grass and dirt center median, it began flipping and rolling over before coming to final rest (upside down) within the center median facing northwest.”
Galle’s attorney, Julian M. Kessel, told BocaNewsNow.com exclusively after the crash that Galle was not drunk nor under the influence of drugs.
“There is no evidence that he was intoxicated on the night in question,” said Kessel. “Prior to (the crash) he was at home with his family. There was no drinking or drug use of any type.”
Galle’s first appearance in court is set for Thursday morning.
