BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2022 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Another Kings Point resident can claim part time dual residence with the Palm Beach County Jail.

Pamela Egan of 573 Normandy L in Kings Point was arrested by the Boca Raton Police Department in the early morning hours of Saturday morning. She was booked into jail at 5:17 a.m. and released several hours later on her own recognizance.

According to a citation reviewed by BocaNewsNow.com, Egan, 66, was stopped in the 1800 block of South Dixie Highway while driving a 2021 Nissan four door vehicle. She refused to provide a breath sample for testing. That means she violated Florida’s ”implied consent” law and may be subject to a license suspension. The affidavit of probable cause was still being processed mid-day Sunday.

Egan joins a long list of other Kings Point residents who have been arrested. Read our Kings Point arrest coverage here.
