Joshua Bade Allegedly Battered Deputy… Resisted Arrest With Violence.

DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2022 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A resident of Dakota, the new luxury home community at U.S. 441 and Atlantic Avenue, was arrested early Monday morning by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s office.
Joshua Bade, 39, is facing four charges: battery; battery on an officer; resisting an officer with violence; and resisting an officer without violence. He was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail just after midnight on Monday.
It was not immediately clear what led to the arrest or where Bade was apprehended and taken into custody. He has no history of criminal activity in Palm Beach County, according to the Palm Beach County Clerk of Courts.
Bond was set at $6,000 for the battery and resisting with violence charges. Bade posted bond and was released from jail late Monday. A court date is pending. Bade lives in the 15400 block of Blue River Road.
