Follow-Up Inspection Yielded Six Violations.

DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2023 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A bagel shop in Delray Beach was cited by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation for ten violations that were allegedly observed when an inspector visited the property on August 15th. The violations were later cleared after the restaurant apparently decided to follow code. It was not shut down during the process.
Bagel Twins at 5130 Linton Boulevard remains open, although six violations were still found on a follow-up inspection on August 16th. Per BocaNewsNow.com policy, the following is the unedited entry logged by the FL DBPR Inspector:
