BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Alan Poole, an area builder, is facing charges drug and alcohol charges following his arrest by the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office.
Jail records reveal that Poole, of Carousel Circle in West Boca, is charged with DUI, marijuana possession and the possession of drug equipment.
Poole, 50, was released from the Palm Beach County Jail on his own recognizance. A court date is pending.
