The driver of the Subaru with Florida plate GGB-F38 apparently just likes to park that Subaru anywhere — almost like it’s a Tesla, Lexus, BMW, or Mercedes. And everyone knows that in Boca Raton and Delray Beach, if you drive a Tesla, Lexus, BMW, or Mercedes, you truly can just do whatever you want.
