Drawing from regions across the American South, SaltBird’s menus balance comfort and creativity—pairing classics like Buttermilk Fried Chicken and Shrimp & Grits with fresh takes on Southern staples, including BBQ Chicken Egg Rolls and the “Southern” Burger with Pimento Cheese and Bacon. A curated cocktail program, thoughtful wine list, and relaxed bar experience round out the offerings. In celebration of its recent opening, SaltBird Kitchen & Bar will host an Opening Celebration on Sunday, February 15 at 5pm, beginning with a ribbon cutting ceremony and continuing into an evening of live music and hospitality. The event also marks the launch of Jazz Sundays in partnership with the Jupiter Jazz Society, bringing live jazz to SaltBird every Sunday from 6pm to 9pm. Eyester, a Season 13 Top Chef alum who has cooked twice at the James Beard House, brings a deep passion for community-driven dining, with a focus on cultivating meaningful connections within the Jupiter area through collaborations with local farms and businesses. Together, the team blends the flavors, traditions, and soul of Southern cooking with Jupiter’s coastal lifestyle—introducing a refined yet approachable Southern kitchen to South Florida that feels both familiar and distinctly fresh.
