Gun Stolen From SUV In East Boca Raton, Door Was Left Unlocked

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Boca Police are investigating the theft of a Makarov 9x18mm pistol from a 2007 GMC pickup early Thursday morning. The car’s owner says the theft happened sometime between late October 25th and early today.
Incredibly, even with a gun in the vehicle, the driver told police that he left the door unlocked, which was apparently the point of entry.
CSI:Boca responded and ‘processed’ the vehicle. The gun has been entered into the national police information database.
