BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — BocaNewsNow.com has learned that area Pharmacist Elmer Mattioli was arrested by Boca Raton Police and charged with possession of cocaine. It happened on Tuesday at 1200 South Ocean Blvd., which is also listed as his address of record for the State of Florida’s Department of Health license.
