BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — BocaNewsNow.com has learned that area Pharmacist Elmer Mattioli was arrested by Boca Raton Police and charged with possession of cocaine. It happened on Tuesday at 1200 South Ocean Blvd., which is also listed as his address of record for the State of Florida’s Department of Health license. Police say they were investigating a domestic situation at the time of his arrest.
Public records indicate this is not Mattioli’s first run-in with the law. He faced several charges also related to a domestic situation in Broward County in 2010.
His Palm Beach County Jail booking record indicates he is charged with Cocaine Possession and Battery, with bond being set at $1,000 for each offense.
