BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — The “Take That, Occupy Movement!” Press Release of the Day comes from the fine folks at One Thousand Ocean, the ultra-luxury condo complex that is making a habit of sponsoring ultra-prestigious events, all in the name of selling condos from $3-Million to $15-Million.
Seeing a new Bentley convertible and a Rolls-Royce Ghost parked out front of One Thousand Ocean isn’t unusual. However, in this instance, the luxury motorcars recently set the stage for a dazzling evening studded with red-carpet diamonds presented by The Private Journey Magazine at the trophy condominium in Boca Raton.
The festive soiree attracted approximately 200 guests to One Thousand Ocean’s largest penthouse where “Kwiatinis,” tequila, fine wines and champagne were savored along with seared ahi tuna, lamb loin and other delectable hors d’oeuvres. Visitors admired ocean-to-Intracoastal panoramas and fashion models aglitter with Kwiat Diamonds, while a deejay raised the energy level even higher.
Mayors Jewelers, Arietta Wine, Absolut Vodka, Avion Tequila, and The Fairmont Hamilton Princess in Bermuda were other event co-sponsors.
“One Thousand Ocean was pleased to provide the venue for such a great evening,” said Jamie Telchin, president of development for LXR Luxury Resorts & Hotels. An LXR affiliate developed the iconic building located at the Boca Raton Inlet, adjacent to the Boca Raton Resort’s Boca Beach Club. “We were delighted to welcome many people who had never been to One Thousand Ocean before. Events such as this are beneficial because the partners have the same base of customers, with like interests and tastes.”
“The ambiance at One Thousand Ocean was the perfect setting to present our finest diamond pieces,” said Michele Kwiat Siegel of Kwiat.
“The evening was a great success,” stated Jim Kerwin, founder and chairman of The Private Journey, “because of the ability of The Private Journey to reach an exceptional group of the world’s most affluent consumers with laser-focused precision. This is due to the unique manner in which the magazine is distributed – exclusively onboard private jets as well as in high-profile private jet terminals throughout North America.”
Remaining available residences at One Thousand Ocean are finished and ready
for immediate occupancy, with the exception of three penthouses that are customizable to the purchasers’ grand visions. Prices are from approximately $3 million to $15 million. For more information, visit www.onethousandocean.comor call (561) 869-5000 to arrange a private showing.
