BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Brio — the relatively new Italian restaurant in Boca Center — is updating its menu for spring. If you’re looking to enjoy the pre-summer weather and dine outside for a few more weeks (not that there’s anything wrong with eating inside the restaurant), you may enjoy the following menu update that we just received:
Spring has sprung, and it’s the perfect time for BRIO Tuscan Grille’s two Palm Beach County locations – at The Gardens Mall in Palm Beach Gardens and The Shops at Boca Center in Boca Raton – to introduce their special spring menu, new Tuscan Tasters bar bites menu additions, and $5 weekday drink specials. BRIO is a BRAVO I BRIO Restaurant Group (NASDAQ: BBRG) concept.
BRIO’s spring menu, available from Tuesday, April 17 through late September, includes delectable new creations. Guests can begin their lunch or dinner meal with the scrumptious Chilled Tomato Caprese Bruschetta, or Tuscan Stuffed Peppers, filled with housemade sausage polenta, smoked Gouda and Boursin cheeses, and topped with Fontina cheese and pesto bread crumbs. The Insalata Roma, tricolore tossed with grapes, roasted red peppers, diced Roma tomatoes and topped with grilled asparagus; and the Chicken A La Fresco (available during lunch and brunch only) including tricolore with diced Roma, yellow grape and vine-ripened tomatoes, grilled thinly sliced chicken with a balsamic glaze and Ciabatta toast, are ideal light and tastydishes.
Two new made-to-order pastas, served during lunch and dinner, include Ravioli Di Bello (Portobello ravioli with Cremini mushrooms, tomatoes, Reggiano and fresh thyme in a light champagne brown butter sauce); and Sausage Peperonata Pomodoro (spaghetinni pasta tossed with grilled fennel sausage, marinara sauce, shaved garlic, grape tomatoes and basil). Available during dinner only, Swordfish Grigliata provides a wonderful Tuscan twist to a seafood favorite, and BRIO Mixed Grill is a delightful combination of lemon rosemary marinated chicken, beef tenderloin and seasoned marinated shrimp skewers.
Tocomplete their delicious spring lunch or dinner meal, guests can enjoy the mouthwatering desserts White Chocolate Budino Dolchino, Hazelnut Chocolate Budino Dolchino, or Butterscotch Budino Dolchino, delicately prepared with housemade pudding and luscious ingredients.
BRIO has also added an appetizing new spring dish to its brunch menu: the Chicken Avocado Open Face Omelet, featuring farm fresh eggs with thinly sliced grilled chicken, crispy lavoush strips, avocado, roasted pepper relish and Feta cheese, served with fresh fruit. Brunch is served Saturday and Sunday until 3 p.m.
The enticing new items now on BRIO’s popular $3.95 Tuscan Tasters bar menu are excellent choices for those who desire a sample an array of Tuscan flavors. The Tuscan Tasters bar menu is featured in the bar area only every Monday–Friday from 3–7 p.m. and 9 p.m.–close at The Gardens Mall location, and Monday–Friday from 3–6:30 p.m. and Monday–Thursday 9 p.m.–close at The Shops at Boca Center location.
