BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Police in Boca Raton are looking for the thug who allegedly grabbed a purse from a woman in the parking lot of Publix, at 1339 West Palmetto Park Road which is also known as Palmetto Park Square.
According to police:
The victim told officers she was pushing a shopping cart, which contained groceries and her purse, to her parked car. She briefly turned away from the cart to open the trunk when she saw a male run by and grab her purse. The victim initially struggled to hold onto her purse, but she could not pull the purse from his grasp. The suspect ran to a waiting small silver car, got into the passenger seat and the driver fled the plaza. The victim was not injured.
