BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — A police officer was allegedly assaulted by a man in the 700 block of North Federal Highway earlier this week.
According to police, Shane Weakley, 49, “was arrested for assault on a law enforcment officer after he took a blade stance and made a threatening gesture with his right hand.”
Weakley was also charged with resisting arrest.
He was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail where he remains midday Wednesday.
