This three day, multi-sensory festival brings together over 100 South Florida Top Chefs for a weekend of palate pleasing events. Incorporating exciting and unique twists on traditional wine and food events, including, Dinner Under The Stars, the Vineyard Party, a Perfect Pairing, the Grand Tasting and ending with the Jazz Bubbles and Brunch; this weekend is a true culinary affair.
Choose between two exciting events on Friday; Dinner Under The Stars, or the Vineyard Party. The elaborate Dinner Under The Stars on Friday, November 9 from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. is where 7 South Florida Chefs and Sommeliers bringing their culinary and wine expertise to the table as they prepare, live, a four-course meal with perfectly paired wines. VIP guests will choose the region of their choice for the evening; America, Italy, France, Spain or Mediterranean. After this divine culinary experience, stroll through our Retail Bazaar to browse and purchase unique local food creations and art pieces. Friday night also hosts the Vineyard Party starting at 7:30 p.m. be transported to Sonoma and Napa Valley while walking through the vineyard to 20 food and wine stations. Both Friday night events guests share experiences of the celebrations while enjoying live entertainment on the Main Entertainment Stage and Lounge.
Be a part of an exclusive Perfect Pairing on Saturday, November 10 from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. where pairing knowledge will be elevated while tasting Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris (Grigio), Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel (including Primitivo), Syrah, Petite Sirah and Dessert Wines. Each wine is paired with a variety of paired small bites, creating the ability for endless entertaining techniques. The evening offers a Grand Tasting from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m that will enliven your senses as world regions are are brought to life in a gastronomic journey of tastes, sounds and visions. Dine your way around the world while 77 Chefs from the Tri-County area prepare and demonstrate their most beloved dishes, finishing with a delectable Sweet Endings Village. Travel through the festival on Saturday where premier vintners will offer tastings of some of the worldʼs best wines, cultural music and décor will take you to places afar with live cooking demonstrations in Kitchen Alley, tasting class in the picturesque Wine Sensory Garden presented by our Festival Sommelier, a farmerʼs garden market, retail and business shopping bazaar and an outdoor art gallery.
