BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — For the second time in just over a month, and for at least the third time this year, noted Boca Raton stockbroker Michael Patrick Logan found himself in the custody of Boca Raton Police.
He was just charged with leaving the scene of an accident near St. Andrews and Glades Road. No one was injured. Property damage was reportedly minor.
Just last month, Logan was involved in a standoff with police at his residence in that vicinity. He ultimately turned himself in. No one was injured.
He was charged with stalking earlier this year.
Logan was given a “Notice To Appear” for the latest charge. He was not booked into the Palm Beach County Jail, although he was for the previous charges against him.
How is it someone gets in this many encounters with the authorities and walks away or roams our community . How about his kids, his place of employement and his neighbors. Yes, when someone has a stand off with the police is it fair to release them back to our neighborhood already? If it is drugs, get help, if it is mental stability get help. Don’t wait until someone other than himself is injured. When is someone going to take notice that this guy needs some kind of help. Just because he has a Boca address should not mean that he is outside the law. How much has he cost tax payers in the last thirty days alone. How can his family face a community that has to be asking these questions simply behind their backs to remain polite as we all here try to be.
This guy is a ticking timebomb.
