
BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Tonight's Presidential debate will focus on foreign affairs, with almost assuredly a mix of current events.
Bob Schieffer of CBS News is the moderator.
The topics to be covered include:
America's role in the world, Our longest war – Afghanistan and Pakistan, Red Lines – Israel and Iran, The Changing Middle East and the New Face of Terrorism – I, The Changing Middle East and the New Face of Terrorism – II, The Rise of China and Tomorrow's World.
Additional topics may be added at the last minute.
The debate will include six 15-minute segments, each of which will highlight one of the major topics. Schieffer will start each segment with a question and give each candidate up to two minutes to respond. The balance of the time for each segment will be used for a discussion about the topic.
This is NOT a townhall-style debate as we saw in the last Presidential debate.
The debate from Lynn University in Boca Raton starts at 9p and concludes at 10:30p.
