BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — The Tropical Storm Warning remains in effect for Boca Raton and Florida's East Coast from Flagler Beach all the way down through the Keys. While a direct hit is not anticipated, Sandy — now a Category 2 hurricane — will churn close enough to the coast that we can expect strong winds and heavy rains off and on.

TODAY. A TURN TOWARD THE NORTH-NORTHWEST AND A DECREASE IN FORWARD

SPEED ARE EXPECTED TONIGHT AND FRIDAY. ON THE FORECAST TRACK...THE

CENTER OF SANDY WILL MOVE OFF THE NORTHEASTERN COAST OF CUBA THIS
