BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — While the weather, at times, is perfectly gorgeous with a tremendous breeze, the tropical storm warning from Hurricane Sandy remains in effect for Boca Raton and Florida's east coast from Flagler Beach down to Ocean Reef.

As of 11am, the winds and rain continue to sporadically pummel the area, although the weather does appear to be improving.
