BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — A 34 year old man was cuffed and stuffed by Boca Raton Police after he allegedly stole cologne and other items from a store in University Commons — 1400 West Glades Road in Boca.

Boca Raton Police say Joseph De Jesus was arrested and charged with petit larceny. Records show it was his third offense. But DeJesus was apparently also wanted for failing to appear in court on other offenses at other times, so he remains in the Palm Beach County jail today.

When not in jail, DeJesus calls Boynton Beach home.
