BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Boca Raton Realtor Gary Goldberg, part of Infiniti Group International Realty, has been charged by Boca Raton Police with lewd and lascivious behavior on a victim 12 to 16, lewd and lascivious behavior by someone over age 18, child cruelty, possession of child pornography, and related charges.
This is not his first arrest on sex-related charges.
Goldberg was arrested in 2008 for solicitation of prostitution, but the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s office ultimately declined to prosecute.
Goldberg, who lists Plainview Circle in West Boca as his home address, remains in the Palm Beach County Jail.
He and his wife Paula were featured a 2006 Money Magazine article.
They are listed in the 2010-2011 annual report of donors to Pine Crest School.
The affidavit of probable cause, which we are not publishing in its entirety in an effort to protect the victims, claims that Goldberg entered a relationship with a 17 year old girl and her 15 year old friend. Goldberg allegedly performed oral sex on the 15 year old girl in the bathroom at the BP station at Glades Road and Butts Road while the 17 year old waited in the car outside. And he paid them to take photos of their “private” parts.
One of the victims told police that Goldberg took photos of her “making out” with her friend and that they “lifted up their shirts exposing their breasts.” One of the girls told police that the other may have pulled down her pants as well.
Goldberg allegedly photographed the girls with an iPad. Detectives say they used data embedded in the photographs to prove that the photos originated on his iPad.
Goldberg allegedly told one of the girls that he is married and will use the “sexy” photos for his personal self-induced pleasure.
There is surveillance video at Goldberg’s office — and at the BP station — that police say shows him with the girls.
The mother of one of the girls allegedly found an x-rated photo of her daughter on her daughter’s phone — the photo had been sent to Goldberg. The mother alerted police.
