BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — A woman enjoying a lovely beverage outside at the Starbucks (NASDAQ:SBUX) at 2521 North Federal Highway was victimized by a man who snatched her iPhone — and now the Boca Raton Police Department is looking for the perp.
The woman reports that an unknown white male in his 20s, approximately six feet tall and 180 pounds, wearing black shorts, a white t-shirt and a purple baseball hat came from behind and gabbed the iPhone 5 — then fled.
It is unclear if the snatch and grab was captured on video. It's also unclear if the iPhone had “find my iPhone” activated, which would lead police to the culprit.
