Boca Raton Man Faces Kiddie Porn Charges

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — 59-year-old James Nebbergall of the 1000 Block of NW 13th Street is in the Palm Beach County Jail and likely won’t be leaving anytime soon.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office charged him with three counts of possessing and/or viewing sexually explicit material involving children, and one count of “obscene communication” — transmitting child pornography to someone else in the state.
He was booked into jail around 9 this morning and is currently being held on no bond.
