bnaiBOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Don’t mess with a spandex-clad mom dropping off her child at a Boca pre-school. That’s what a security guard at B’Nai Israel apparently learned when he attempted to investigate an accident on the property of B’Nai Israel — 2200 West Yamato Road.
The security guard was allegedly assaulted by a woman involved in the accident which apparently happened in the pickup “circle” used by parents dropping off or picking up their children. It’s unclear what specifically led to the assault, or how serious the injury actually was. Boca Raton Police were called to the scene but the security guard ultimately decided to keep it all in the B’Nai Israel family. He signed a “refusal to prosecute” form. No arrest was made, no charges were filed.

We remind readers that charges filed by law enforcement agencies are allegations. Their validity will be determined in court. We also remind readers that court filings are civil allegations made by the party filing suit. The validity of those allegations will be determined in court.
