BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Victor Farina, 32, and everyone around him is lucky to be alive after the Delray Beach resident was clocked doing 90 in the 30mph zone on Spanish River Blvd.
Instead of apologizing or providing a logical explanation — as if there is such a thing for driving 60 over the limit — Farina allegedly elbowed a police officer and resisted arrested.
Farina is now the proud recipient of several tickets and the charge of “battery to a law enforcement officer.” He was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail and later released on his own recognizance.
