BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Police say Michael Kane, a 48 year old Delray Beach resident, had a blood alcohol content more than three times the legal limit when he was found asleep behind the wheel of his car in the area of 5250 Town Center Circle.
Kane’s blood alcohol levels, according to police, tested at .297% and .298% — the legal limit, as we all know, is .008.
Kane spent just under six hours in the Palm Beach County Jail before being released on his own recognizance.
