Man With Bullets, Drugs, Stumbles Into Boca Raton Traffic

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — David O’Connell remains in the Palm Beach County Jail Friday morning after Boca Raton Police say callers reported the 22 year old stumbling in traffic on Dixie Highway.
When police responded, they found the man to be “in possession of 1.5 grams of Heroin, a metal spoon with residue and a Glock 9mm magazine clip with six bullets.”
O’Connell, of South Federal Highway in Boca,  is being held on $10,000 bond
