BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Deerfield Beach’s Bernie Howard is in the Palm Beach County Jail mid-day Friday following his Thursday night arrest by Boca Police.
Bernie is charged with cocaine possession and marijuana possession.
The 49 year old is being held on $4500 bond.
