Miranda Read Miranda, Booked In Boca

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Daniel Miranda was presumably read the Miranda warning as he was arrested Monday and charged with disorderly intoxiation and resisting an officer. 
The Miami resident, 22, was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail and later released on his own recognizance. 
While initially unclear just what happened, the charge may shed some light: 
“Disorderly intoxication (in a) public place (causing) disturbance.”
