BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Daniel Rodriguez of Adagio Drive in Boca remains behind bars Wednesday following his arrest on one charge of “obscene material possession — possess, control view depiction of a child (engaged in) sexual conduct,” and one count of transmitting child pornography in the State of Florida.
He is being held without bond.
PBSO booked Rodriguez into the Palm Beach County Jail at 7:30 this morning.
